Privacy Policy

Malik888 Lead Processor is operated by Malik Saim Mehmood. It provides authorized companies with lead intake, workflow processing, reporting, and optional Google Sheets delivery.

We process account information such as name, email address, role, company, login activity, and security logs. Companies may submit lead contact details, addresses, ZIP codes, form fields, workflow results, and submission receipts. We also process technical information needed to operate and secure the service, including IP addresses, timestamps, job status, and error logs.

When a company administrator connects Google Sheets, we request Google identity information and permission to view and edit spreadsheets that the administrator chooses to use with this service. We use that access to identify the connected account, list tabs in the spreadsheet supplied by the administrator, and append completed lead records to the selected tab.

Google authorization tokens are stored in encrypted form and are used only for the connected company’s requested Sheets integration. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or allow unrelated companies to access it. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

We use information to authenticate users, process authorized submissions, route and monitor jobs, create receipts, deliver selected records to Google Sheets, calculate company usage and billing, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and provide support.

Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate configured workflows, such as hosting, databases, network providers, destination forms, and Google Sheets. Each company controls its users and selected spreadsheet. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.

We retain account, lead, submission, and audit information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual or legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Administrators may request deletion subject to those obligations. We use access controls, tenant separation, HTTPS, encrypted Google credentials, and restricted administrative access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

A company administrator can disconnect Google Sheets from the Integrations page. Users can also revoke access from their Google Account permissions. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Disconnecting stops new Sheet deliveries but does not remove rows already written to a spreadsheet controlled by the company.
